Cable broadband is still shrinking
Comcast 31.26 million domestic broadband after a 181,000 Q4 loss. Charter 29.68 million Internet after a 119,000 Q4 loss.

Residential broadband is the base
Comcast residential 28.72 million and business 2.54 million. Charter residential 27.64 million and small business 2.04 million. Residential is what is shrinking.
